Kinetic Kube is a multidisciplinary digital agency serving clients across Pakistan and international markets.

Our services span:

Digital Marketing & Social Media
Performance Marketing
Branding & Creative
UI/UX Design
E-commerce
Custom Software Development
Web & Mobile Applications
AI & Automation
SEO & Search Marketing
Business Analysis & Product Discovery
As Kinetic Kube continues to grow, we are looking for a highly capable senior leader who can work directly alongside the CEO and take ownership of day-to-day business execution across multiple departments.

This is not a conventional Operations Manager, Project Manager or Marketing Manager position.

We are looking for someone who can become the CEO’s trusted second-in-command for operations, client success, marketing oversight, project delivery and business growth.

Role Purpose

The General Manager – Operations & Growth will oversee execution across Kinetic Kube’s major business functions, including:

Creative
Social Media
Performance Marketing
Business Development
Technology & Digital Projects
Client Servicing
Growth Initiatives
You will not be expected to personally execute every specialist function.

Instead, you will be responsible for leading functional owners, challenging work intelligently, maintaining quality, identifying problems early, holding teams accountable and ensuring commitments turn into completed outcomes.

A key expectation of this position is:

If something important is falling behind, you should know about it before the CEO has to ask.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Leadership

Oversee day-to-day execution across major departments.
Ensure responsibilities, priorities, deadlines and deliverables are clearly understood.
Hold department heads and team members accountable for outcomes.
Maintain visibility across major clients, projects and commitments.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and delays early.
Conduct regular operational reviews with functional owners.
Improve workflows and resolve ownership gaps.
Coordinate resources across departments.
Reprioritize work when required.
Resolve routine operational problems without unnecessary CEO involvement.
Build stronger accountability and execution discipline across the company.
2. Client Success & Senior Account Oversight

Maintain visibility across key client accounts.
Attend important client meetings and represent Kinetic Kube at a senior level.
Build strong relationships with client decision-makers.
Ensure client commitments are properly followed through.
Identify dissatisfaction before it becomes an escalation.
Resolve client issues professionally.
Ensure teams communicate clearly and provide realistic timelines.
Coordinate internal teams around client feedback.
Protect the company from unnecessary scope creep.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Support the CEO on major strategic accounts.
The GM should provide clients with a senior layer of confidence without becoming responsible for every routine message.

3. Creative & Marketing Oversight

Work closely with the Creative Head, Social Media Manager and marketing specialists to ensure Kinetic Kube consistently delivers high-quality work.

Responsibilities include:

Review marketing and creative direction for important accounts.
Review major content calendars, campaigns, presentations, scripts, shoot concepts and key visuals.
Challenge weak, generic or strategically misaligned concepts.
Ensure creative work is both visually strong and commercially relevant.
Ensure Social Media Managers are planning content and strategies on time.
Contribute strategic ideation where required.
Ensure client feedback is translated correctly into execution.
Attend important shoots or production activities where senior oversight is required.
Ensure alignment between creative, social media, performance marketing and client objectives.
The GM does not replace the Creative Head.

The GM should consistently ask:

Is this work good enough to represent Kinetic Kube and achieve the client’s business objective?

4. Performance Marketing Oversight

Candidates must have sufficient digital marketing knowledge to evaluate and challenge specialists.

You should understand key metrics including:

ROAS
CAC
CPL
CPA
CTR
CPM
CPC
Conversion Rate
Lead Quality
Funnel Performance
Responsibilities include:

Review campaign performance with Meta, Google and PPC specialists.
Ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
Challenge recommendations using data.
Identify where performance requires intervention.
Coordinate creative improvements where ad performance is affected by content.
Ensure reports are understandable and commercially relevant to clients.
Hands-on operation of every advertising platform is not required, but you must understand performance marketing well enough to manage specialists effectively.

5. Business Development & Growth

The GM will take senior ownership of Kinetic Kube’s Business Development function while also participating personally in sales when required.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and evaluate Business Development resources.
Review lead pipelines and follow-ups.
Track qualified opportunities, meetings, proposals, conversions and closed revenue.
Evaluate lead quality rather than activity alone.
Ensure BDs maintain disciplined follow-up.
Join important sales meetings.
Personally pitch Kinetic Kube’s services where appropriate.
Meet prospective clients when senior representation is valuable.
Support proposal development and commercial discussions.
Identify industries and potential clients worth targeting.
Develop strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.
Help build a predictable local and international sales pipeline.
The successful candidate must be comfortable selling professional services, not simply supervising people who sell them.

6. Local & International Growth Channels

Ensure Kinetic Kube maintains active business development across channels including:

LinkedIn
Upwork
Fiverr
Direct Outreach
Website Enquiries
Paid Lead Generation
Referrals
Networking
Partnerships
White-label Opportunities
International Prospecting
The GM will ensure:

Company profiles remain current.
Portfolios are regularly updated.
Behance and other portfolio channels properly showcase Kinetic Kube’s work.
Strong projects are converted into case studies.
LinkedIn and other platforms are actively used for growth.
Neglected business-development channels are identified and assigned to the appropriate person.
If something important is not being done because “nobody was assigned to it,” the GM is expected to assign ownership and ensure completion.

7. Technology & Digital Project Oversight

The GM will provide senior oversight across software, website, e-commerce, mobile application and other digital projects.

Coding ability is not required.

However, candidates should understand a typical digital project lifecycle:

Discovery → Requirements → UI/UX → Development → QA/UAT → Client Feedback → Deployment → Support

Responsibilities include:

Maintain visibility across active technology projects.
Review milestones, scope, deadlines and dependencies.
Coordinate with internal and external developers.
Work with project coordinators handling day-to-day follow-up.
Act as a senior liaison between clients and technology teams.
Identify delivery risks early.
Ensure clients receive accurate project updates.
Improve communication between business, design and development teams.
Ensure client feedback and requirements are properly documented.
Identify scope changes and escalate commercial implications where necessary.
Support the CEO on strategically important technology projects.
Candidates with exposure to Information Systems, technology project management, software agencies, e-commerce or digital-product delivery will have a strong advantage.

8. Project & Resource Management

Ensure major deliverables have a clear owner, deadline and requirements.
Monitor overdue work and identify why deadlines are being missed.
Coordinate resources across departments.
Resolve internal blockers.
Ensure clients are informed proactively of unavoidable delays.
Improve project-management discipline across the agency.
Support junior project coordinators in developing stronger project-management capability.
Focus on completion, not simply follow-up.
9. People Leadership

Manage functional owners against clear expectations.
Identify and address underperformance.
Coach team members and department heads where appropriate.
Recommend training where capability gaps exist.
Escalate formal performance concerns through HR.
Work closely with the Director HR & Media Coordination.
Participate in recruitment for strategically important roles.
Improve communication and accountability across departments.
Help build future managers within the company.
The GM works closely with HR but does not replace the HR function.

10. Commercial Awareness

The General Manager is not expected to perform accounting work but should understand:

Project Value
Monthly Retainers
Scope
Resource Allocation
Outstanding Client Payments
Basic Project Profitability
Third-party Costs
Scope Creep
Upselling and Cross-selling
The GM will work with the company’s accountant where required and ensure operational decisions consider their financial impact.

11. CEO Office & Executive Leadership

One of the most important purposes of this position is to reduce unnecessary operational dependency on the CEO.

The GM will:

Translate CEO priorities into execution.
Follow through on important strategic decisions.
Provide consolidated visibility across clients, projects, teams and business development.
Resolve issues independently where CEO intervention is unnecessary.
Escalate only matters requiring executive decisions.
Present recommended solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
Ensure important initiatives reach completion.
The objective is for the CEO to increasingly focus on:

Business Strategy
Strategic Accounts
Major Sales
Partnerships
Expansion
Senior Hiring
Financial Decisions
while the GM ensures the company executes effectively on a daily basis.

Required Experience

Candidates should ideally have:
