Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Both males and females are eligible to apply, including minority and differently-abled persons who are citizens of Pakistan.
• Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled and permanent residents of Sindh Province as of 23-09-2026.
• Qualification: A minimum of a 2nd Division Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Foreign Degrees: Candidates possessing foreign degrees must obtain an HEC Equivalence Certificate before the closing date and upload it to the qualification section of the online portal. (As a one-time facilitation, this can be uploaded at least 10 days before the commencement of the screening test).
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 to 30 years of age as of 01st September, 2026.

Age Relaxation & Attempt Limits

• In-Service Age Relaxation: Candidates domiciled in Sindh who are serving in the Federal Government or Sindh Government with a total continuous regular service of at least four years as of 01st September, 2026, have an upper age limit of 35 years.
• Exclusions: Employees of Autonomous, Semi-Autonomous, Local Bodies, Adhoc, or Contract roles are not eligible for this age concession.
• Attempt Limits: In compliance with the order of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan (Suo Moto Case No. 18/2016), the condition of a maximum of three attempts has been applied (effective from CCE-2019).

Quotas & Examination Centers

• Quotas: Specific quotas for Females, Minorities, and Differently Abled Persons are applicable as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.
• Examination Centers: The examination will be held in the following cities:
  1. Karachi
  2. Hyderabad
  3. Sukkur
  4. Larkano (Note: The Commission reserves the right to modify the list of centers based on the number of candidates).

How to Apply & Important Instructions

Candidates must strictly follow the online application procedures via the official SPSC website (www.spsc.gov.pk). Manual application forms will not be entertained.

1. Application Fee: Candidates must generate a PSID before making the Challan payment of Rs. 1000/-. Payment should be made through any online payment channel by selecting the 1 Bill invoice/Service option.
2. Form Submission: Fill in the Online Form carefully and check it thoroughly before submission on or before 23.09.2026.
3. Data Accuracy: Details including Domicile, PRC-Form-D, Urban or Rural quota, Age, Qualification, Examination Centre, and Optional Subjects cannot be changed after the closing date.
4. CNIC & DOB: Enter the correct CNIC Number and Date of Birth in the Online Form. Wrong entries will lead to the rejection of your candidacy.
5. Subject Selection: Choose the optional subjects correctly and strictly in accordance with the prescribed Syllabus.
6. Attendance Rule: If any candidate fails to appear in any one paper, they will not be allowed to appear in subsequent papers.

Crucial Update for the Screening Test: In light of the amendment made to Regulation 74, Sub-regulation (2), Clause (iii) of RMR-2023, the qualifying criteria for the screening test of the CCE have been amended. The passing requirement of 33 Percent marks (66 marks) has been substituted with 40 percent marks (80 marks).
